Mr. Kennedy has successfully represented his clients in a variety of litigation matters in North Texas and accross the State of Texas. Mr. Kennedy relies on his substantial trial experience to guide his clients through the litigation process in a manner that is both cost-effective and calculated to win.
Prior to founding the law firm of Hanshaw Kennedy, LLP, Mr. Kennedy was an associate of the firm of Doyle, Restrepo, Harvin, & Robbins in Houston and was previously a prosecutor for the Harris County District Attorney's Office, where he tried in excess of 35 cases to a jury.
